How Zenith Co. started

Zachary started Zenith Co. building websites for tree companies, beginning with A Tree Surgeons Enterprise. Building those, he kept seeing the same thing: the website was rarely what lost the job. The lead came in while the crew was up a tree, nobody called back for hours, and the homeowner booked whoever answered first.

So he built the follow-up himself: a text and a call in the company's name as soon as the lead comes in, booking onto the owner's calendar, and a reminder before the visit. Once that worked, the obvious next step was to run the ads that feed it and get paid only when an estimate actually happens. That is what Zenith Co. does now.

Why tree companies only

Because the jobs are specific and the ads have to be too. A removal and a trim are different conversations with different homeowners. A storm turns a quiet week into a day of calls that won't stop. A homeowner worried about an oak over the roof wants to know the crew has done that exact job before. An agency that also runs ads for dentists and roofers writes one kind of ad for all of them.

We've built for tree companies from the start. A Tree Surgeons Enterprise in Tampa was our first client. We built the website for King's Tree Service in Palm Bay and run their Google Ads. Both sites are live, and you can open them today.

Why one company per service area

If we ran ads for two tree companies in the same county, we'd be bidding against ourselves for the same homeowners and deciding which client got the better leads. There is no honest way to do that. So your area is written down when you sign up, and while you're in, we won't run ads for another tree company there.

It also means we have to be choosy about who gets an area, because once it's taken, we can't offer it to anyone else.

Who we turn away

We're a fit for established tree companies in Florida with two or more crews ready for more work and room to put at least $50 a day into ads. We turn away:

• New or owner-only businesses. Booked estimates only help when there is a crew free to do the work they turn into.
• Anyone who only wants a website. We've built websites for tree companies, but we don't take website-only projects now.
• Anyone who can't show up at the booked time. The whole service rests on a homeowner who was told a time and an owner who keeps it.

If that's not you yet, we'll say so on the call rather than take the setup fee.

How we get paid

Ad spend goes from your card straight to the ad platforms. We charge a one-time setup fee, then a flat fee for each estimate where the homeowner was there. We set it up that way so we only do well when you have someone to quote. Every term is on the pricing page.

Is Zenith Co. a lead company?

No. We don't sell leads, and nobody else gets yours. We run ads in ad accounts in your business's name, follow up every lead in your company's name, and book them onto your calendar. You pay per estimate where the homeowner showed up.

Will you work with another tree company in my area?

No. We take one tree company per service area. Your area is written down when you sign up, and while you're in, we won't run ads for another tree company there.

Do you work outside Florida?

Our clients are Florida tree companies, and that's who the service is built for. If you're outside Florida, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.

Do you still build websites?

We've built websites for tree companies, including the two on our work page, but we don't take website-only projects now. With the ads service you don't need a website: we build and host a landing page for your ads.
