A Tree Surgeons Enterprise

A Tree Surgeons Enterprise is Fred's tree company in Tampa, and it was our first client. We built the website with the estimate form on the first screen, set up a text back for every missed call, and a review request that goes out after every job.

The problem it solved

In a tree company the owner is usually the most skilled person on the job, which means the owner is the one up the tree when the phone rings. Calls that ring out go to voicemail, and a homeowner with a limb on the roof doesn't leave a message and wait. They call the next company.

The other leak was people who looked the company up and found nowhere to ask for an estimate without calling.

What we built

  • Estimate form on the first screen. Name, phone and the service needed, right at the top, so a homeowner can ask without calling. The form tells them the company will text right back.
  • A text back for every missed call. When a call rings out during a job, the caller gets a text from the company right away instead of a voicemail greeting.
  • Review requests after every job. When a job is done, the customer gets a request for a Google review while the yard still looks the way the crew left it.
  • A page for each service and the Tampa-area towns it covers. Removals, trimming, stump grinding, palm work, storm cleanup and emergency calls, and the towns from Brandon to Wesley Chapel.

What it taught us

Every one of these fixes is about the minutes after a homeowner reaches out. A text back in seconds keeps a missed call alive. That is the same idea our per-estimate ads service is built on: whoever answers first usually gets the visit, so every lead gets a text and a call in your company's name, aiming for under a minute. How that works.

The site is live at atreesurgeons.net. Open it on your phone, on cell data, the way a homeowner would.

About this build

What did Zenith Co. build for A Tree Surgeons Enterprise?

The website, atreesurgeons.net, with the estimate form on the first screen and a page for each service and town. Behind it, a text back for every missed call and a review request after every finished job.

What is missed-call text back?

When a call to the business rings out, the caller gets a text from the company right away. The conversation starts with you instead of with the next company on their list.

Is A Tree Surgeons on the pay-per-shown-estimate service?

No. A Tree Surgeons was our first client, before the ads service existed. Our work for them is the website and the follow-up behind it.

Keep your crews booked.

If your crews can take on more estimates, answer five questions and pick a time to talk.
